POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Not happy with lockwood taxis,my kids were left to walk back ffrom secondary schoolb for an hour and a half because the taxi driver of this firm couldnt be bothered to get out off his car to ask for my children in reception of school. Had to send a search party to find my kids eventually being found close to home in tears being new to huddersfield they were distraut and very upset, when confronting them i was told to go with another firm next time bearing in mind the guy cudnt even talk english!
