Sonia's offers the most efficient and outstanding, personal and professional service you could wish for! I was dreading making that call when my dad died so much but I can honestly say from the first few minutes of talking to her she makes you feel so at ease and it is just like talking to one of your closest friends. She is so genuinely caring and makes such an awful, distressful situation as easy and as pleasant as possible for you by taking care of absolutely everything. She is always only at the other end of the phone and is always in touch. She knows and understands exactly what you need and respects and cares about your loved one so much so you know they are well taken care of, which I feel is so important and comforting. I really do not know what I would have done without her ! She goes far beyond the call of duty and was born to do this!

My Guardian Angel
I have recently laid my Mum to rest and Sonya was my "Guardian Angel". She gave me her phone number for me to contact her any time night or day, nothing was too much trouble, it was so comforting to know I could pick up the phone and she would be there. She showed compassion, understanding and above all professionalism. Her attention to detail was second to none and you only had to ask once for something and it was done. In times like these you are in a dream and sometimes not able to think straight but Sonya guided me through every stage and she made sure I didn't forget anything. She is a wonderful person and I would highly recommend her to anyone who has lost a loved one. I will always remember her kindness.

1st class service
1st class service. Personal, caring and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. My dad was laid to rest with great dignity. Would use this service again without a doubt and would also recommend. All the mourners commented on a beautiful and very professional funeral
