We then work together to build a package from available therapies: Massage, reflexology, Indian head massage and Reiki. Either individual or combined treatments will improve your health and well being whilst eliminating any symptoms.

Nutrition and weight management

Come along for an in depth consultation to establish where eating problems stem from and how to change them for the better. Based on natural nutrition and naturopathic techniques you will learn how to manage you healthy eating programme and transform your life for the better.

Auricular acupuncture and therapy

The World Health Organisation has recognised 200 point in the ear which are related to acupuncture points on the body. Using only 5 of these we can help to minimise pain, stress, anxiety and sleep problems. Auricular therapy is also used in centres for recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol. This can be extended to use for addiction to sugar, chocolate, caffeine, and other day to day food which may be contributing to weight gain.
