  Fireside Innovations will rob you of your hard earned cash, They will ''pretend'' that their surrounds are all handmade and thats why your delivery is running late! They have a closing down sale weekly and advertise with balloons to get you in. You have to pay all your money up front before they order. This company have just gone bust but will no doubt reopen again under a new name as we have now found out this has probably happened before. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

• DONT GO ULL GET RIPPED OFF

  Do not buy anything from this shop or any other fireplace shop at this address (whatever they decide to call themselves) We bought a fire surround and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery. From weeks 6 i was constantly in the shop asking where it was. On week 8 they were closed for pretty much all week and then on saturday we recieved a letter basically saying they had gone bust. No doubt they will be reopen on monday in a different Ltd company name. Aparently they have a reputation for it. wish id kmown before i shelled out the cash. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY FIRESHOP AT THIS ADDRESS! YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
