About Us

Self Defence and Martial arts classes specifically for children aged 3-5 yr olds, 6-11 yr olds, kickboxing classes open to all ages , weapons classes open to all ages and adults only mma classes. Instructor is 5 times world martial arts champion. See our website for the full programme.

Not just for the young ones!

I am getting on a bit in life now. My eldest child is aged 34. I dont think i need to tell you my age. Anyway, I do kickboxing with Rebecca and she is wonderful with me. Ever so patient and has a great sense of humour. She inspires me and sets targets that I follow. I really feel that the class is making a very positive impact in my life.

Value for money

The Instructor is very enthusiastic with my children. She is actually a 5 times world champion now...I definately feel i get my moneys worth!
