Never eat here AGAIN !!!

I have just purchased a Zinger tower burger, no sorry i have just purchased a piece of chicken on a rock hard piece of what i think was bread, it was disgusting, i wouldn't have fed it to the birds, i hadn't been for a while as my last experience was also unpleasant, cold food and rude staff, i don't expect to pay for food to find it is inedible. The bread was rock hard and there was no give in it all it felt like it had been sat there two week if not longer. I felt that i had to complain as this is not the first time i have been unhappy with the service, but can assure you that it will be the last time due to the poor quality of food AGAIN, i shall not be returning better off at MacDonald's or eating the bread i save for the birds at home......as this tastes much fresher, infact if i had thrown it to the ducks in the park, the ducks would have sunk!!!!!!!!
